Important Information about Taking a Homeopathic Remedy:

In this package is your Homeopathic remedy.  You will find a small bottles containing two white pills. These should be taken as soon as you get this package (unless other instructions have been given to you).  Simply open the bottle and put the pills directly under your tongue, without touching them. You may throw the bottle away.

Your dose should not be taken with food or drink.  Wait at least 1/2 hour after eating or drinking before taking the pills. You may, however, eat or drink immediately after they have been dissolved.

Please make sure that you have a copy of the Antidote List.  If you need additional copies of this list which discusses the substances that interfere with your homeopathic treatment, please contact the office.

Most importantly, be sure that you have scheduled a return FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT for one month after starting your remedy.  This appointment is necessary to evaluate your progress.
